1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in Profit Avengers Elite AI (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Program is offered by SaaS Equity Partners LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of ProfitAvengers.ai. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your enrollment.

2. Program Description

Profit Avengers Elite AI is a 16-week live group coaching program focused on building an AI-powered affiliate marketing business. The Program includes weekly live group coaching calls, access to a private member portal with session recordings, curriculum materials, and direct feedback from the instructor on student campaigns and deliverables. The Program begins on March 25, 2026, and is limited to 20 students.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first installment of the two-payment plan. Payment options are:

Option 1: $5,000 paid in full at enrollment
Option 2: Two payments of $2,750 (first payment at enrollment, second payment 30 days later)

Payment is processed through PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize SaaS Equity Partners LLC to charge the amount(s) specified above. All prices are in USD. Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

4. Refund Policy

Profit Avengers Elite AI is a live group coaching program. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after enrollment. Because each seat is reserved exclusively for the enrolled student and cannot be resold, and because live coaching time and preparation begin immediately upon enrollment, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

Results described in Program marketing materials, testimonials, and on this website are not typical. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, prior knowledge, and other factors outside our control. Nothing in this Program or on this website constitutes a guarantee of income, revenue, or financial results. Affiliate marketing involves risk. You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including but not limited to video recordings, written curriculum, frameworks, templates, and coaching session content, are the exclusive property of SaaS Equity Partners LLC. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own business purposes. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any Program materials without our express written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Group coaching sessions may include sensitive business information shared by other students. You agree to keep all information shared by fellow students confidential and not to disclose, share, or use such information outside of the Program context.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to participate in the Program with professionalism and respect for other students and the instructor. We reserve the right to remove any student from the Program without refund if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group experience.

9. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify the Program schedule, content, or format as needed to deliver the best possible experience. If a scheduled session must be rescheduled, it will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time and recorded for students who cannot attend live.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaaS Equity Partners LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program or your use of any Program materials. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid for enrollment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Massachusetts.
