1. No Refund Policy — Live Group Coaching

Profit Avengers Elite AI is a live group coaching program. All sales are final and non-refundable. Once your enrollment is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy exists because:

Each of the 20 seats is reserved exclusively for the enrolled student and cannot be resold once taken
Preparation, curriculum development, and coaching time begin immediately upon enrollment confirmation
Live session recordings and member portal access are delivered from day one
The limited cohort size means every seat withheld from another applicant represents a real cost

2. Two-Payment Plan

If you enroll on the two-payment plan ($2,750 at enrollment + $2,750 at 30 days), both payments are required in full. Enrolling on the payment plan constitutes your agreement to complete both payments regardless of your participation level or satisfaction with the Program. Failure to complete the second payment does not entitle you to a refund of the first payment and may result in removal from the Program.

3. Due Diligence Before Enrolling

Because all sales are final, we strongly encourage you to do your due diligence before enrolling. 4. Program Cancellation by Company

In the unlikely event that SaaS Equity Partners LLC must cancel the Profit Avengers Elite AI Program before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. If the Program is cancelled after it has begun, a pro-rated refund based on the remaining Program duration will be issued at our discretion.
